Outside our free delivery area? No problem! We also deliver to surrounding cities for a flat fee or just $15 or $25, depending on your location.

How Delivery Works
After adding your package to your cart, simply choose the delivery date that works best for you during checkout.
We’ll deliver your clean, stackable totes right to your door within your selected delivery window. Then it’s time to pack and get moving!
Once you’re settled in, we’ll send you a friendly reminder to schedule your pickup. Choose a convenient time, and we’ll come collect your totes—no returns, no cardboard, no hassle
Delivery & Pick-Up Times
We’ll Bee There When You Need Us!
We offer delivery and pick-up appointments Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and again between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, based on availability.
When booking your rental, simply choose the 1-hour appointment time that works best for your schedule.
Need a time outside our regular hours? Text us at (951) 768-5904 before booking, and we’ll be happy to check availability—we always do our best to help our busy bees!
Our hours are our typical schedule and may occasionally change based on availability and seasonal demand.
Easy Pick-Up Process
Once you’ve finished unpacking, we’ll bee there at your scheduled pick-up appointment to collect your totes. Please make sure you or someone on your behalf is available during your selected 1-hour appointment time so we can quickly and easily complete the pick-up.
If your plans change, just send us a text as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Our goal is to make every step of your move as simple, convenient, and stress-free as possible.
Pick Up & Return on Your Own Schedule
Want to save on delivery and pick-up fees? You can choose to pick up and return your Busy Bee Totes at our convenient Norco location: 289 Cavaletti Ln, Norco, CA 92860.
Please bring a vehicle that can safely transport your rental totes and accessories, as you’re responsible for loading, securing, and transporting them. This is a great option if you’re nearby and prefer to handle the pickup and return yourself.
