Once your package is booked, you can select a convenient one-hour delivery window based on our availability. We'll send you both email and text reminders because we know moving days get buzzy fast.

We'll let you know when it's time to choose your slot, and we may give you a heads-up when we are on the way so you are never left wondering.

Moving doesn't have to be a hassle. Our team brings your totes right to your door or garage (you choose). At a time that works best for you.

No last-minute trips to the store, your totes will arrive clean and pre-assembled, ready to use the moment they land. We make it easy and convenient.

Delivery Zones

At Busy Bee Totes, we proudly serve the Inland Empire and surrounding areas with our eco-friendly moving tote rentals. We offer free delivery to Norco, Eastvale, Corona, and Mira Loma, making it easy and affordable for local residents to enjoy a smooth, stress-free move.

We also extend our services to Jurupa Valley, Riverside, and Ontario for a small delivery fee. If you’re located nearby and aren’t sure whether you’re within our delivery zone, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to check and see how we can help.

Whether you’re packing up a cozy apartment or a full house, we’re here to bring your totes right to your door—on your schedule.

Delivery Pricing

How it works...

We’re happy to bring Busy Bee Totes to even more neighborhoods—because moving should be easy no matter where you live!

We offer delivery to the following areas for a small fee:

  • El Cerrito, Jurupa Valley, Home Gardens, and Pedley – just $15

  • Ontario, Chino, and Riverside – only $25

Not sure if your address falls within one of these zones? Reach out—we’re always happy to double-check and help make your move as smooth as possible.

Delivery Times

We’re all about making your move work around your schedule—not the other way around! Our typical availability is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 1 PM and 4pm to 7pm, but we do our best to stay flexible. Whether you need totes dropped off during your lunch break or picked up before the weekend rush, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

3 Step Delivery Process

You can book your delivery time within 7 days of your rental—but first things first:
Head over to THIS PAGE to take care of your damage deposit (don’t worry, it’s just a pre-authorization).

Once that’s done, we’ll automagically whisk you over to a page with all our available delivery time slots. Pick the one that works best for you and we’ll handle the rest!

3 Step Pick up Process

After you’ve picked your delivery time, you’ll be automatically redirected to schedule your pick-up—but no pressure! If you’re not sure of your schedule yet, feel free to skip it for now and book it later when the dust settles. We get it—life’s a little buzzy sometimes. 😉

When you’re ready, just head to THIS PAGE and choose any date before your rental ends. Quick reminder: make sure your totes (a.k.a. bins, boxes, or crates—whatever you call them!) are empty, labels removed, and left in the garage or on the porch for the easiest pickup ever.
