After booking your Package, you can choose a convenient Pick up Time from our Shop which will be a 15 minute window. Your time options will be based on our availability. You will receive both email and text notifications so that you won't forget!
We will prompt you when it is time to book your time slot, so leave it to us to get this all sorted for you.

Our totes come preassembled and so the moment you arrive back home or to the office, you can literally start packing!

3 Step Self Pick up Process
Within x days of your Rental, you can request a Pick up time from our shop. Visit THIS PAGE to pay for your Damage Deposit first which will then allow you to book your Pick up time.
After paying for your pre-authorization for the Damage Deposit, it will redirect you to a page. Here you will see all of our available Pick up times so choose a time that works for you!
If you don’t see a time that works, let us know and we will see if we can accommodate you!

We will send both email and text reminders along with a simple button to reschedule if the time no longer works.

3 Step Self Drop off Process
After choosing your Self Pick up time, you will automatically be redirected to the page to book your Self Drop off time. You are welcome to skip this step for now and book it down the road if you don’t know your schedule yet!
When you are ready, you can visit THIS PAGE and choose any date that is prior to the last day of your rental. Just make sure to have your totes/crates/bins/boxes empty with the labels removed.
